    Switching Mode Power Supply 


    One. Switching power supply performance index:

    1.Input AC voltage range, 220V + 15%/110V + 15%, frequency 46HZ-63HZ.

    2.The built-in EMI filter refers to the grid voltage fluctuation. Input and output isolation to avoid 

    interference between power grid and output DC voltage.

    3.Load adjustment rate < 0.2%, overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit protection.
    4.Insulation resistance: input and output, input and output, and output between 50M and 500V.
    5.Hold time: full load time is equal to 20MS (AC 230V input).
    6.Rise time: the typical value of 50MS is full load.
    7.Working environment temperature -10 to 50 degrees Celsius.
    8.The cold stamping current is 15A/110V; 30A/220V.
    9.Resistance: Input and output 1.5KV, input and ground 1.5KV, can bear higher voltage, input and ground 500V.

    10.The output voltage of single power supply ripple and noise (MVP-P) < 1%,

    multiple power supply + 5V ripple < 60MV, and other output ripple < 20MV-100MV.

    11.The power 100% is passed through aging after being tested and qualified.

    Two. Switching power supply instructions:

    1.Choose the right product type and size.
    2.According to the actual use environment, choose the product level with reasonable cost performance.

    3.Before using the power supply, make sure that the input voltage specification (110VAC, 220VAC, 24VDC or 48VDC) 

    is the same as the nominal value of the power supply used.

    4.Be sure to cut off the input power when wiring. Carefully check whether the input and output lines are connected 

    correctly and firmly before energizing, so as to ensure reliable power supply.

    5.Check whether the installation screw is in contact with the power board device, and measure the insulation resistance 

    between the power shell and the input and output, so as to avoid electric shock.

    6.In order to ensure the safety of use and reduce interference, make sure that the grounding terminal is reliably grounded

     (the grounding wire diameter should be greater than AWG18#).

    7.In order to ensure normal and reliable power supply, users should not overload when using power.

    8.Multiplex output power is the main and auxiliary output, and the main output characteristic is better than the auxiliary output. 

    In order to ensure the output load adjustment rate and output dynamic,it is generally required that each channel should have

     at least 10% load. If the auxiliary road is not used for main roads, the main road must be loaded with loads (above 500mA).

    9.For power supply with high output power, there are multiple terminals at its output terminal. When users use the connected terminals, 

    they should be evenly connected to the load.

    10.The output power of the power supply depends mainly on the power device. In order to ensure the reliable work of power supply,

     we have a certain margin when giving various power. Customers should consult us before overloading, in order to achieve the best use effect.

    11.For capacitive and inductive loads, the start-up output current is too large instantaneously. Our company has special design

     considerations when developing power supply. Please explain in advance.

    12.Frequent switching of power input (i.e. frequent switching and switching off of input voltage) will affect the life of the power supply.

    13.The diagram of working environment and power supply usage is as follows. It can be seen from the diagram that the power supply can still 

    work normally only by reducing the output power at high temperature and low temperature.
